Avocado Corn Black Bean Dip

1 large can of black beans (definitely rinse them real good) 2 small Cans of summer fresh corn but if you cant find them then one large can of normal corn will work - drained 1 can of rotel drained 1 can of chopped green chillis drained 2 jalepenos minced Salt and pepper to taste Red pepper flakes to taste Season-all spice to taste After I mix all of that I then add in two chopped avacados. I don't add those till later because if you mix them too much with the other ingredients then they get all beat up and mooshy. Also if you are transporting this dip don't add them till you get to your destination so they don't turn brown. I also think that if you serve the dip with the tostitos with a hint of lime it adds a lot, but any chip will work.
